Interview
About 10 interviews in the whole process, most of them by phone and with senior management of different countries. Phone interviews were difficult because the connection was not good. Questions were very direct. The HR contact was very helpful all the time to set up the schedules of each interview.
Meet with a team, 30 min discussion around basic technical and behavioral questions. E.g., why msci, providing background to the team, ask background from candidate, basic math and cs questions…

Moved through interview process quite quickly, with 3 rounds of interviews in the span of 3 weeks. Ended up finding out over a month later that I was not selected after following up twice with HR. Frustrating process overall with the lack of communication despite positive interviews.
