Made me feel like I can be myself in a professional way. Asked important questions, that he could ask while trying to feel me out for the position. Gave me a real chance without shutting me down. He let me speak and also ask questions, that I had for him about the company.

About what skills I have. Asked about my goals, where I would like to be in 5 years. How is my relationship with other people. Do I work well under pressure.I have. Asked about a time I set a difficult goal, and how I reached that goal.
