The interview started of great, I had 2 online session with them and I passed both of them. Later they called me in for in office interview where I presented them with my portfolio and project files to showcase my work strategies and methodologies. I was then asked about my package plans and discussed with me benefits the company would provide me. They then congratulated me and started giving me the company tour and introducing me to every senior employee and management in the office present at that moment, I was beyond happy as multiple staff members congratulated me on my selection. After the tour I was told they would be in contact soon about when to join. Fast forward one week and I didn't receive any emails nor was I contacted by anyone from the HR. I emailed the HR regarding the job and I didn't get reply from them for another week. I sent another email, this time also emailed management from design team. After 3 days I was contacted by Project manager and was told the position is on hold and don't worry you are still on. I again contacted them a MONTH later and they went silent on me with no replied from either HR or management. This was really heartbreaking and utterly unprofessional behavior by MRS Electronics Islamabad, Pakistan team. I did email them again after a week again and still there was no reply only to found out they hired someone else on the junior level.
