Got invited from Naukri eHire team. The interview consisted meeting 4 different set of people:
1. technical discussion,
2. discussion about my work profile and about their company,
3. discussion with another senior member who asked about my interests and explained the company, asked salary expectations and
4. HR round
The technical discussions excited me about what can I work upon - latest technologies and not java java java. They also told clearly that there will not be any spoon-feeding and you may be fired if you are not doing well. Bangalore is their RnD center.
Initially I was told that the company is open to salary by the Naukri.com team but after HR discussion, I understood it was a joke for me to go there, totally time and energy and money waste.
They offered me 9% more than my current CTC- way below market standards, forget about being a product company. When I complained to the HR who sent me invite, she told that even she was not aware and there might have been some confusion. She also told that previous day, one person went to give interview. They offered him 30% less than his current CTC. Fools. Overall, it was unprofessional. I rejected their offer there itself.
