Interview
5 rounds, 8 people. All of them went extremely well and I had nothing but good feedback. ALL people involved said I was a great fit. Thought I had it in the bag. Next day: “unfortunately we were looking for someone with CTV experience”. Seriously? Absolute waste of time. The worst is them saying they were hiring 25 people this year so surely not all 25 are both great candidates with CTV experience.
