Very smooth overall — a straightforward, structured process with standard questions. The interviewer kept a relaxed, conversational flow, making it feel more like a discussion than a formal evaluation. Overall, great experience.

Situational question: When was a time you showed leadership/initiative at your previous experiences?
First interview was with HR and was general, not technical at all. A second meeting was setup with firm partners for further evaluations to determine if the firm was a good fit.

Interview
The interview process was extremely smooth and timely. They asked great questions and I learned a lot about the organization. I was able to ask all of the questions that I had and they responded quickly with next steps.
