They’ll call and then set up a in person interview then get back to you in 2 weeks but for me they took a little longer. The interview happens first with HR on call then in person with the partners

The process took 2 weeks, I interviewed with two managers after a phone call with HR. The interview was fairly casual and easy going, mainly just talking about my resume and former employment history.

Apply online and receive the interview invitation after a week. HR and one manager. Very friendly interview. All behavioral questions. Just google the MNP interview and you can find almost every question. Not a very hard one.
