Interview
The interview process took about two weeks. After submitting my application, all communications were via email until the first phone interview with HR. The second one was a video call with the hiring manager.
The timeline for the result of the interview was a week and they have kept me informed during the whole process. All my email questions were responded within less than an hour. One of the easiest and most transparent interview process I've ever had.

MNP’s Human Capital team puts on a great show during the hiring process—polished, welcoming, and full of promises. But once you’re in, it’s a different story. Lack of transparency, minimal support, and unclear expectations quickly replace the initial enthusiasm.
New hires across departments are struggling, but no one speaks up, so nothing changes. Why do you think they’re always hiring admin assistants? The turnover is faster than a revolving door. HC’s got a serious retention problem—trust the bad reviews.
