MMRI interview questions

I felt company is not at all professional. I was given an offer after an interview, where I talked about my VISA sponsorship. I needed sponsorship in future. The IT Director over there told me that I needed to prove my worth to get it, which I agreed to. Later, One day they randomly called and revoked the offer giving the same reason that they sponsor which was already discussed earlier
