Applied in person. Was called in to come in for a face to face interview. Two weeks later I had a call back to come in for second interview. Second interview took about 30 minutes. I met with the owner and the manager . It took a week for a call back. Received a call back a week later than I was hired after a week. Interview was smooth and easy.

Lack of professionalism. Disorganized. Interviewer had already made decision on who she wanted. Wasted my time and presented herself and company poorly. The interview started 30 minutes late and lasted 15 minutes. She did not even know my name or what rolei was applying for.
