Brief screening call, than an in person interview. I was asked only two questions, with a qualifying question about ladders and fear of heights. The rest was a very poor sales pitch to try to sell working there. Complete with a tablet graphic mapping out commission charts. And then trying to build a sense of urgency by saying "the first people to accept the job get it." I had to ask about training and it was only at the end of the second interview he inadvertently had to tell me that it was a pure commission position and I wouldn't be getting paid. He had spent the rest of the interview trying not to say that. Also they don't provide sales leads for the first month. And they only pay 500 dollars a week for the first month plus why commissions on anything you actually sell. By the third month, you're pure commissions. I politely left as quickly as I could.
