Interview
I feel that the job posting was completely misleading from what the actual job consisted of. I went into the interview preparing for a marketing position to assist in generating ideas and executing campaigns for clients to the company. The overall environment in the office seemed great, the people were friendly. I landed my first round interview by applying online, met with the manager one on one and was pushed to the second round. The second round interview was slightly hands-on and a preview of where you would be working. It essentially had its employees go to a Sam's Club and perform outsourced marketing directly to consumers.
MJB uses a three part interview process. They will not discuss pay or schedule until final interview. All employees come in as entry level with the chance to promote from within.

Interview
It was a cattle call at a "rent an office" in a suite of offices in down town Savannah with "rental secretaries" behind the desk. Entire waiting room was full of people waiting to interview. In my opinion it seemed to be a very small company (perhaps a one man show) trying to appear to be big. Entire interview was less than 10 minutes. Was told it was one of three interviews.
