The process entailed 3 interviews as follows: [1] quick informational zoom meeting spanning approximately 20 minutes with assistant and team lead [2] second extended zoom interview lasting around 1.5 hours focusing on a 25 minute presentation with Q&A from all staff and team leads [3] final round in-person interview with team lead and executive director lasting around 1.5 hours.
