There is not much to say. It is pretty standard and straightforward. They find out your background and then spend the rest of the time telling you how great the company is.

Phone interview was followed with a working interview. Working interview can be stressful as expected (new materials, new assistant, treating a stranger on someone else’s diagnosis). There has to be a better way of doing things

How many crowns done when in school and how long it takes to do Endo.
Phone interview first then 4 hrs paid working interview day. The lead dentistry performed the interview was very nice. They seemed to have a nice team when I was there. It was hard to know he working culture of the company after just a few hours of working interview. I was asked to do a simple filling.
Overall it was a nice experience.
