Gave a job talk, followed by an interview with 2 senior scientists, with another senior scientist and the CEO coming in and out. Everyone was pretty cordial. It was a generally good experience. One somewhat frustrating thing is that they advertise the job as being open to candidates from a wide life sciences background, but when push comes to shove it seemed like they wanted someone with more specific experience in immunology or cancer.
