I applied online. I interviewed at MIGSO-PCUBED (Bristol, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
Overall I found the interview process very encouraging. Following an initial phone call with a recruiter (which was very informative) I went through a two-stage interview process with MP. Both interviews felt very open, to say that although I was asked a handful of standard questions for this type of role, I felt that I was given the opportunity to talk present myself authentically and talk about my professional interests.

Question 1
If you were to take over a project during the delivery phase, what things would you ensure you prioritised in 1. A Waterfall delivery approach; 2. An Agile delivery approach.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MIGSO-PCUBED (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
Waste of time. I went through the interview process (with HR, and two additional interviews with a member from the Migso Pcubed team) and all went well. Following the interviews there was no formal follow up to confirm or reject my application. HR told me I would have to transfer my resume and dropped off from there.
Felt very unprofessional and if they're not looking to fill positions, maybe they shouldn't be interviewing wrecklessly.
We are so sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience, that is certainly not our process! Our process is to reach out to each person who has interviewed and finish our process. We will work to improve this and wish you the best of luck in your search.
