Interview
I had only 1 interview with a partner from the firm, and it was a super genuine person who made me feel at ease in the interview we discussed the company and the fact that though it is small, it is small by design. They started by going over the internship timeline about how the 10 weeks would be structured and then asking me about my experiences in both of my majors at school. They then asked about my athletic background and how I believed it has been beneficial to me. There were no technical questions or case studies, which was a pleasant surprise and the 30 minutes went by very fast!

Interview
Initial phone interview with a partner, followed by an onsite visit and an interview with four team members. The interview was behavioral based and are looking for your interests, career aspirations and how you would fit on the team. They seem to be more interested in 'what you can do' vs. college pedigree and awards.
