MGM Resorts International Management Associate Program (MAP) interview questions

After I turned in my application I received an e-mail (a couple weeks after) saying I was still in consideration and was in the top 200 applicants. About a week or two after that I was called to schedule my first Skype interview. The first Skype interview was with training managers and leaders from all the MGM properties. After the first Skype interview I was called about a week or 2 later to schedule a second Skype interview with a specific property. The second Skype interview has a panel with the training manager, hotel VP, front desk director, F&B VP, and several others. About a week after that I was called by corporate HR and asked to complete a drug test (hair). After submitting my drug test I was notified that I got the position about a month or so later. The whole process took about 3 months (VERY LONG PROCESS!!!)
