      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MET Laboratories (Union City, CA) in Jan 2012

      Interview

      Consisted of standard interview questions, writing a sample recommendation for a failed product, and an active memory retention test. The memory test consisted of reading a technical document aloud while being stopped randomly and asked questions about what was in the document.

      The in person interview had basic EE questions that were asked. This was all done after taking a written test that was administered in a room. Interview was conducted on site by first a recruiter then hiring manager.

      I showed up on time for the interview only to be told that my interview had been cancelled. The front desk told me my interviewer wasn't in. I was barely apologized to, didn't speak to anyone, and given no answer on when I would be rescheduled.

      The interview process is simple. I met with the manager of the department via phone. Then with the same manager and the director of the department via video conference. I was asked mainly technical questions, very few personal questions (as compared to other interviews)
