Interview
I started with a phone interview that was very basic and easy. I was then invited to have an in person interview in Wytheville, VA. The VP of the plant was the person that interviewed me and he was very casual and put me at ease. After a thirty minute interview he then gave me a plant tour and then took me to the other plant in Atkins and gave me a quick tour and presentation of his dream for that plants growth.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MEC in Jan 2025
Interview
The HR asked for availability. Then told that the manager was on leave and the HR kept on lingering for a full month. At last the HR mentioned that they are moving with another candidate. It was a poor showcase of communication.
