I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MDU in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process begins with an assessment day that lasts a half day. During this day, you learn more about the position and are expected to already have good knowledge about what the MDU does. Then, you listen to a customer service call and discuss. The second stage is made up of three parts: a letter writing portion, shadowing a current MSA worker, and a one on one interview.

Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MDU (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied through Randstad. First stage is a 1/2 day assessment centre, including an overview of the MDU, a group assessment (debate regarding quality of a customer service call), a listening task on which we were tested on information retained, and a questioning task in which we were required to draw a picture by questioning our partner on the details of the image they had been given. 2nd stage was a formal interview - was tough - lots of questions about why I wanted to work there and was moving away from my degree subject (psychology). 2x interviewers, had my CV and picture to hand.

Question 1
Why are you moving away from your degree subject/ Would your degree not be wasted?
