Interview
A 3rd party recruiter contacted me was incredibly unprofessional. Even belched during the phone screening. Had me confused with someone else and never kept notes. Out of state number and never said staffing agency she belonged to. Everything about it seemed fake.
Very laidback interview process. Went over a couple scenario situations. Talked about life growing up in the area. Very little about the job itself. Went over what the history of the company was and where they would like it to be in the future.

Interview
I interviewed with a local sales guy, his boss, and 3 people over video conference. The video conference folks did all the talking and questions. The local guys just wanted to talk about their own interests like outdoor activities.
I was asked about System Center, Windows Server, and Windows 7. No specific questions were asked, just basic questions about whether I was familiar with certain systems.
