I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MCN in Feb 2018
Interview
Very brief and simple. They asked questions about the experience/tell us a bit about yourself. I interviewed in the morning and heard back the same day from them. It was a one on one interview and the staff was pretty nice.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MCN (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
I was asked to come in for an interview in person. The interviewer didn't seem to have read my resume and asked basic questions, which I was happy to answer. I gave him an overall introduction to my experience and background in design and marketing. He wanted to know what type of accounts I've worked on and I told him that I didn't have any non-profit experienced. He seemed fine with that. His question at the end of the interview however was if I could work on weekends, to which I responded that it wasn't legal to make unpaid interns work.
