Interview process was standard and easy to go through. After applying online I received a request to do a phone interview with corporate HR. After speaking with her, Iw asked if I would be willing to do a phone interview with the hiring manger. Afterwards I received an email to schedule an in person interview.

The interview process began with a call from Anna, the recruiter. She and I spoke and had a great rapport. She advised of the company history. She then told me I’d speak with the hiring manager Michelle. The entire process they kept me in the know which I appreciated. They were also flexible with scheduling phone and in-person interviews.

They asked me various questions about my background and what I would do in certain situations such as disagreements with coworkers or my strengths as an employee.

This interview process went very smoothly. I liked how it was a combination of phone screening before the actual in person interview happened. It made me feel like they are serious about the candidate they choose for this company. I also thought that they were kind people to interview with too.
