Online interview then in person interview, questions catering to the industry, loan systems experience, security documents, any loan management experience, familiarity with loan management systems, past experiences relating to the industry

The interview process was split into two, three, one with HR, one with a VP and one with an SVP. HR interview was traditional HR questions. The other two were a good split between behavioural and technical. Very to the point, with relatively prompt follow up
