I applied online. I interviewed at MAX Solutions (Brisbane) in Dec 2020
Interview
They don't bother to share the outcome of the interview. Never got any feedback. The interviewers were more interested in taking notes. The process was easy but the candidate deserves a feedback.

Quick, but job description does not prepare you for reality of the job, the job is a lot more complicated and stressful than they have you believe, you have to do a typing test but not essential to be very fast at all
When I arrived for my interview, I was left waiting in the reception area for half an hour, with no explanation or update which I consider to be quite rude. I then saw who I would presume was the departmental manager giving the candidate before me a leisurely tour of the office.
When I was eventually called into the interview room, there was a second panel member who didn't even introduce themselves. (The interview confirmation email which was sent to me indicated that there would only be one panelist).
Both the panelists barely made any eye contact with me during the interview process - just reading their questions off the paper without even looking at me. They also raced through all the questions since they were running late.. and probably had more candidates to interview that day.
I did not feel welcome, and most of all I felt that they were completely disinterested in what I had to say.
I recognize that this experience at one particular branch doesn't represent the company as a whole.. but this was my experience, and it negatively impacted my confidence as a job seeker.
