Interview
The process started out like any other, but was disorganized as it progressed. Questions asked were unrelated to job and I was treated like a school child. I needed remote work, so I tolerated.

How do you feel about working out of the educational field as a Technical writer?
There were 3 interviews: 1 with the TW lead, 1 with the PM, and 1 with the CEO. All were very approachable. There were no gotcha questions. They are looking for skills and rapport.
