Interview
Clearly defined, professional, thorough, and quite rigorous but in a very relaxed manner. Group effort on a one on one basis with individuals making the interviews. All the interviewers had their own style but all stayed on message and point.

Question 1
No difficult or unexpected questions. Very methodical and thorough as previously stated with realistic expectations and outcomes. Group effort with many interviewers. They know what they want and stick to a plan.
