I came in as a contractor. I originally interviewed with the contracting company then had an in person interview with 4 team members. It was a bit rushed but there weren’t many questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MARTA (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Recruiter was very responsive and scheduled screening within a week.
Screening was one-on-one voice call with internal recruiter. Primary focus was on salary range and attendance policy.
First-round video interview was with a multi-departmental team representing stakeholders. The 3 of them took turns asking questions with varying levels of engagement.

Interview
Two-stage interview process. Initially with a three person panel, whereby top candidates move on to a one-on-one with the hiring manager. It is a very formal process.
