I was notifies via e-mail that I had been selected for an interveiw for an logistics analyst job. I was asked if I would be available for the inteveiw. I was called via telephone and the interveiw was conducted.

I was interviewed by the manager and an employee who was really in charge of the office. In retrospect, it was not really a job interview, it was more a feeling out process to see if they would be able be abusive with no accountability. The manager was weak and kept looking at the clerk for approval when asking questions.
