It took ages and was close to a joke. I had 7 interviews, 2 with the company, the rest with the head hunter. The process took 3 months, and I figured out that they changed the job description in the mean time without informing. Had an interview with the buyer and general manager, here it when well. The last interview was with someone from the board and honestly: shocking. It was the 7th interview and I was still asked what are my defects. Typical and stereotypical French arrogance. Even though I had 12 years direct experience in agronomy, the board member still challenge me for not having an agronomic diploma from an engineering school but from public university.
