2 phone interview and on site interview, one was typical technical screening, other was check and review my resume and little behavioral questions, on-site interview take long time, met around 8 peoples, all have different questions but usually focused on technical, there was whiteboard coding test of course, some design questions, and knowledge questions.

The interview covered all aspects of the technology and customer interaction. Perfect match for the job description, so...they changed the description, much to the recruiter's dismay. I suspect the interviewer is looking more for a particular personality than a skill set and/or industry experience.
