MAERSK Senior Software Engineer Java Developer interview questions

I was screened by a recruiter who submitted my details to be processed further. After a month, the contact from Maersk informed me through the recruiter they were out for a vacation and had just came back. I was then invited the next stage, involving a 30 minute interview and building a assignment on a public repo. My application was declined a week late, without anyone ever looking to assignment solution i was asked to spend time on and submit, at least according to Github's analytics.

Round 1:- There will be a telephonic discussion just to understand your profile. After this, they will call for campus discussion. Round 2: - Pen and Paper test. I was given three questions to solve and write a program on a paper. Round 3: Face 2 Face interview with the technical panel. First, the discussion was on the written test. They will try to understand your logic and why you wrote what you wrote. Then the discussion would generic Java, resume related questions, Microservices, cloud. Round 4: It was a design round where they will ask you to design a system. Round 5: Managerial Round(India), it will be about you, your personality and your approach to office problems. Fitment related questions. Round 6: Director Round(UK), Generic discussion on your personality, your current role, about the offered opportunity, roles, and responsibility. Everything was very smooth. Healthy discussion. They accept your solution if you provide a logical explanation.
