M3COM (VA) interview questions

1st round with their recruiting company, 2nd with a director, 3rd with VP of Tech. Very professional and did bend over back wards somewhat to work around my schedule. Interview was very easy, but be very careful, they will lie to you for some reason to get you to keep the interview process going. VP of tech told me I have to job, but for corp policy we need a in person. The inperson goes well, no real hard questions, but then the decide to change their mind.. Something was not right about the whole interview process... They were jumping through hoops to get me to interview with them.. Just be careful and don't waste too much time with them.
