First round was a coffee date of half an hour to get to know each other and for the organisation to judge whether you would be a suitable candidate. The second round was a in-depth introduction with two experienced employees to explain your background, knowledge and what the organisation does. The last round was with a partner of the organisation where I was asked to give a presentation about a subject I am knowledgeable on. At the end of the 3rd meeting they let you know if they are going make an offer, they mail the offer a few days later.
