The interview process was conducted online via MS Teams with two hiring managers. The conversation was highly structured and focused heavily on regulatory standards. I faced a large volume of compliance questions and had to walk through multiple complex scenario questions. They wanted to see exactly how I would handle real-world operational challenges under pressure. It was a rigorous but professional discussion that tested my practical industry knowledge thoroughly.

Question 1
"Why do you want to work for our company?""What do you know about our products or services?""What kind of work environment do you thrive in?""How do you stay motivated during repetitive or tedious tasks?""Why should we hire you over other candidates?"
Many stages: including an automated coding test, live coding test, a take home assignment, and a panel interview.
