I interviewed at Lyra Technology Group (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Two analysts conducted the interview on my university campus. The process was professional and focused on technical skills and cultural fit. Overall, it was a straightforward and positive recruiting experience.

Why Lyra Tech Group?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyra Technology Group in Nov 2025
Interview
Awful candidate experience. Thankfully, I wasn't necessarily looking for my next opportunity. I was approached by the Regional CEO via LinkedIn about a "VP, Growth" position. After agreeing to an exploratory call, I was pawned off on 2 more junior associates for an initial interview. After two phone calls, I was still unclear which of their "MSP" companies they were recruiting for, the role, responsibilities, compensation range, etc. If you don't know, you don't know; but be upfront before you waste candidates' time. If you are recruiting for open positions, come prepared with the basics like a job description.

Question 1
"Tell me about yourself" was probably the one and only question I received. Most of the call was the "interviewee" describing their process for acquiring companies, and the fact that founders previously led sales for these companies. Felt a lot like a MLM scheme.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lyra Technology Group (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2025
Interview
Everyone was very nice and friendly. At every stage of the process, I felt like they always had my best interest in mind. It's not just about putting a person in a role, it's about finding the best fit so that I am happy and the company is happy, long term.
