I filled out an application and received an email to complete a writing prompt. They offered me a group interview. Once there, they gave a presentation about the company. Then, we were split up and 2-3 people from Lyft talked to each of us about our backgrounds and asked us questions. Then, we were moved to a room with one other person where we role-played - speaking to a fake customer and resolving their issues. It was awkward because they put the person on speaker and you're just sitting there making stuff up and trying to calm this very angry (and cussing) person down without knowing anything about what you're actually supposed to say. Plus, you gotta control your face and try to be as personable as possible without showing how uncomfortable you feel. Then, they brought in one last person to talk to me and ask me normal interview questions: "what brought you to Lyft?", "what are your strengths/weaknesses?", "why would you be a good fit?", etc. and then it's over.
