I enjoyed meeting the leadership team. They were very informative of the job and all aspects. Made me feel comfortable during the entire process. They did a good job on the front end making sure I had all the links and format to run the Google meet. I was able to participate in a mock customer service call, showing my ability to handle situations. Very interactive interview on both ends. Really enjoyed the experience.
