2 rounds: the first round was screening. The 2nd round is with the manager, and I never got a response back. waste of time, not even a common sense of giving feedback or sending a rejection email
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lycoming Engines (Williamsport, PA)
Interview
There was a phone call after the resume was sent through the system. The phone call interview was fairly laid back and enjoyable, more of a discussion than being grilled with questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lycoming Engines (Austin, TX) in Jun 2022
Interview
Neutral interview. The H.R. person was more interested in soft skills and the fellow engineers wanted to know more specifics and technical about the specific projects listed in my resume. This was an entry level position and it had a base salary of $72,000, which is nice considering the smaller town. As a subsidiary of Textron, they had relatively good answers about diversity and equity. They have support from the top company but where honest about the fact they are a small town.
