I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Luxury Mortgage in Jan 2020
Interview
Had an interview with the recruiter, nice conversation, however no feedback or follow up afterwords. So I took that as a no that I would be moving forward in the process. There should always be a follow-up afterwards. That's a reflection of the organization that candidate care is not apriority.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Luxury Mortgage (Stamford, CT) in Jan 2020
Interview
I worked with an (independent) Agency Recruiter and was invited to an onsite meeting at their office in Stamford, CT. I spent several hours there speaking with various employees. No offer of a break, glass of water, anything. My final interview was with (I believe) the CEO and he was incredibly rude. Overall, I regretted the time I wasted during the interview process and, had I met the Company Leader first, I would've immediately left.
