Interview
The manager, does not tell you your salary/ or hourly wage. They string you along, and when you show up on yur first day. They still don't tell you. Then they tell you a figure that was 10 to 20 % less than what was agreed on verbally. Take it or leave it.

Interview
two interviews, both were conversational. overall, simple and great experience. the interviewers were both my soon-to-be bosses, so i got to know who i was going to work with. each interview did not last longer than 30 minutes. it was relatively easy since the interviewers were so honest and kind.

Question 1
Do you have any issues talking to people you don't know?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Luxottica (Yonkers, NY) in Feb 2012
Interview
There were several phases; initial paperwork, and several interviews with the corporate hierarchy. There is also a 100 question survey concerning character. It weeds out people who may not be as committed. It's a good process.
