Pretty standard schema: initial interview with HR representative(phone), then technical interview (usually they invite to the office, somethimes it's a phone interview) and the last one is interview with manager. Luxoft is outsourcing company, so the process of technical/management interview can be repeated many times: one project may reject you but there are a lot of others that may invite you to separate interview. Each project just like as a separate company.
Technical interview for Java depeloper usually consist of many questions about core Java, Mutithreading, data structures. SQL is also very common on interview

An easy coding exercise at the beginning followed by a bunch of mostly theoretical questions from the programming language, frameworks, databases, concepts like microservices.
Unfortunately the interviewer was from another project and couldn't answer my questions about the role.
