I had to complete a manager questionnaire as well as have an initial interview with the recruiter and the general manager where I was given a tour, and told I’d be a great asset to the company.

You really only talk to 2 people. Pretty thorough, as far as your experience, management style, etc. You are required to take a personality test, which reveals your sense of dominance and management strengths and weaknesses, how you relate to staff.

Professional, thorough. Gave a tour of the facility. Seems helpful and genuinely wanted my success. Gave me the impression the hours were long, which is why I didn’t take the job.
