It was a comprehensive process which gave me (as the candidate) a good sense of the role, the company and the culture of Luno. I was especially pleased with the opportunity to have lengthy discussions with members of senior management in an environment that allowed me to ask more pointed, business related questions about the company and the direction it is taking.
