The interview process was very thorough and smooth. It moved a lot quicker than I expected (1 week), much to the credit of Liam (talent team) who was managing the process. I spoke with 5 different stakeholders across the business and completed a small assignment. These were very much two-way conversations to see where you can add value. Most importantly, they want to make sure you are a right cultural fit.
Once you start, they have an amazing (and super extensive) onboarding process where you get to learn about all aspects of the business and meet all the people involved.
