I had a really good experience interview at Lunds&Byerlys in Ridgedale.
The HR was so nice and friendly. There are easy questions about the job title and about my last job.
First text from some little girl with poor English skills, Call interview and then went dead silent , texted to find out status, nothing in response, twice this bs. Kept texting but no response unprofessionally handled

What you would expect. The 1st hire I was only 18. I was hired right away. I worked for only a few months then left for college. When I came home from college I called back to come back to work. They did not need me at the location I started, but the assistant manager went out of his way to make sure I wasn't needed at a different location. Thankfully I was, and was rehired right away. I am very, very thankful for that.

Basically just about myself. It felt informal. I was comfortable. An eagerness to work helps a lot here.
