A very thorough interview process with a lot of rounds but kind people. Included a case study and presentation. Could have been 2 interviews shorter. Expressed they were opened to relocating a potential hire.

- 1st interview with a recruiter.
- 2nd interview with who would be my line manager.
- 3rd interview with who would be my department head.
- Finally, I had a short call with the line manager about the offer.

Unfortunately it wasn't great - I went through 5 interviews and ultimately they completely ghosted me and I never heard back. Not a great experience and seems super disorganized. Everyone I met was nice, but the hiring process needs work.
