I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lumina Foundation (New York, NY)
Interview
It was very smooth. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. The communication was top tier. I never felt like I was wondering where they were with the process. There were multiple interviews with different panels. The goal was to learn more about you and how you would contribute to the role. The process was smooth but a bit long.

Question 1
Provide examples of when you provided guidance or policy that directly impacted the success of these populations? What did that look like?
Good, people were very kind. They will sometimes send the questions in advance so you need to prep quite a bit. But overall they were incredibly welcoming and conversational. I really wanted this job but things dont always go your way.
