Had a phone screen. Recruiter was nice and answered my questions. Got an auto-rejection email past midnight which I consider very unprofessional. The person this role reports to is a Director whose been stuck in the same job title for nearly 5 years. Sounds like a dead end job / limited growth opportunity. Always find it interesting when struggling companies like this feel they can be picky about candidates when they have this low of a rating on Glassdoor and Indeed (~2.6-2.8).

Go through several interviews and then ghosted entirely with no response or update on a decision. Sent several follow up emails and never heard back. There are humans on the other side of that decision making that deserve a yes or no.
